The Wittenberg Sportsmen's Club is an organization of hunters, fishermen, archers, target shooters and outdoor enthusiasts. Our membership comes mostly from Ulster County but also from as far away as New York City. Our club property in Woodstock, N.Y. includes over 140 acres of forest surrounding a 17 acre pond, a shooting range, and a recently completed pavilion.
The club meets on the first Wednesday of every month at our clubhouse on the Glenford-Wittenberg Road approximately 2 ½ miles West of Ohayo Mountain Road, and about 1 mile east of Wittenberg Road. The meetings start at 7:00PM. If you are interested in joining, come early (6:30PM) to a meeting, talk with some of the members, and have an excellent meal prepared by our kitchen committee for a nominal fee.
