ARCHERY

Why leave your Bow hanging on the wall getting dusty and lonely during the off-season? Try one of our many 3-D shoots. They're open to members and non-members alike. It's great hunting practice and maybe you'll get that monster buck of a lifetime with the first shot at 40 yds. This course can help you do that. Or just spend a great day in the outdoors with some friends or family members. We have a very nice wooded trail-walk course that's not hard on the young and not so young. If you like archery and beauitful mountain scenery...this is for you!


THE COARSE

It Consists of 28 McKenziie life-size targets. There's Black Bear, Deer, Turkey, Mountain Lion, Coyote, Hyina, African Lion, Black Buck, Russian Boar, Wolf, Pronghorn, Javelina, Sheep, Chamois, Fallow Deer, & more. There's also a bonus target at the end of the course...the one and only Bionic Boar that is made from 1/4" Steel with a hole in the Kill Zone to test your skill & heart!

Shoot your arrow thru the hole which is about 6" x 8" and score an extra 10 points. Hit the Bionic Bear and well...you won't have to go get your arrow! Half way through the coarse there is a rest area with free bottled water. Shots will be from all angles, Uphill, Downhill, Tree Stand, From a Large Rock, etc.

We also have a 120 yd. Archery practice range. During Shoots it's shorten to 45 yds. for safety.


THE SHOOTS

We have periodic shoots through out the year. See the Club Calendar for our dates, or goto www.3dshoots.com to find dates of other area shoots.

We have Sign-in Classifications: Top Gun, Open, Fingers, Traditional, Women, Youth, & Cubs.

Entry Fee for the 3-D Shoots are $10 for Adults, $5 for Youths Ages 13-16, Cubs under 13 are Free and they get Archery Medallions with Ribbon when they turn in their score card. A Trophy or Certificate, winner's choice, for each Classification.

Sign-In Times are 7:00 AM to Noon at the Fishing shed.

The course normally takes about an hour and 45 minutes to complete, and we usually have breakfast, Lunch & drinks available. We serve the finest quality Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. Our prices are very reasonable and we also have Egg sandwich w/ Sausage & Cheese on a Hardroll.

Even if you don't shoot, come on down for some Lunch and get to know some the the shooters and club members in attendance or try to pop some balloons at a 100 yds. with Robin Hood.
